Here we go folks, the big dog was just getting warmed up and homie is ready to sing! Yesterday afternoon and last night provided a lull in snow accumulations. Overnight winds increased to 20-40mph from the SW with stronger gusts. The Western US remains under westerly flow with blobs of moisture pushing across and bringing snow with them. Early this morning available moisture is on the increase along the CO/UT border. We’ll see that moisture pushing into Colorado today with snowfall becoming heavy late this afternoon. Heavy snow looks to continue into early Sunday. Accumulating snow will continue on Sunday before the moisture tap eases going into Monday for some dry weather by Tuesday.
